Plasticell Vertriebs GmbH was founded on January 1st, 1988 as the successor of Rubeli-Guigoz. For reasons of age, the then shareholders, Ms. Josette Rubeli and Mr. Maurice Guigoz, sold their shares to Georg Rutz in 1989.
At that time, Plasticell Vertriebs GmbH was the sales partner of the American Bal Seal Engineering Company. Georg Rutz, on the other hand, had been the general representative of the same company in Switzerland for several years, and since he knew the company's products very well, this takeover was promising and useful for him.
At trade fairs, as well as with advertisements and product descriptions in trade magazines, other designers were convinced of the technically innovative possibilities that resulted with Bal Seal seals and Bal Seal springs and won over as customers.
In addition to the products mentioned above, pistons made of sapphire and zirconium oxide as well as valves with sapphire and ruby ​​parts are also available for metering and HPLC pumps. Ceramic parts from JBC have also been added to the product range.
The Swiss sister company, Georg Rutz AG, has previously delivered these items to many German customers. You can now order your ceramic parts from Plasticell in Germany, so that the customs formalities are no longer necessary. This offer includes ceramic ball bearings, ceramic balls and various machine components of all types according to drawings.
In 2010 Plasticell Vertriebs GmbH changed owners in a management buy-out. This allowed the valuable know-how to be retained and a fresh breeze blowing in the sales channels.
The range of products we offer is primarily geared towards the needs of machine and apparatus manufacturers. With the spring-supported plastic seals, practically all media can be sealed under vacuum and pressures up to 7,000 bar and temperatures from -250 ° C to + 288 ° C. They can be used as stroke and radial shaft seals. Bal Seal springs can be used as electrical contact springs, as EMC seals for housings, but also as elastic spring elements for snap locks or for centering and cushioning.
Installation suggestions for seals and springs are gladly prepared for interested parties.
Of course, we also provide our customers with the necessary technical suggestions for ceramic ball bearings or ceramic components. The necessary suggestions are also provided for ceramic ball bearings and other ceramic parts in order to ensure an optimal service life of the components.
Plasticell's success is based on a high level of quality awareness, competent technical advice and excellent service. Blanket orders are gladly accepted and thanks to a generously dimensioned interim storage facility, just-in-time partial deliveries are reliably and promptly delivered to customers. Of course, the management system is also successfully certified according to ISO 9001: 2008.
